All FormDTM products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please retain your digital receipt for any warranty claims.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but generally arrive within 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. A small restocking fee may apply to items that are not in like-new condition.
